Your custom pet portrait takes 1–2 days to complete. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

• USA: 8–15 days
  
• Canada: 8–15 days
  
• UK: 6–10 days
  
• Australia: 8–15 days

Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable once produced. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us before your item has been shipped, and we will do our best to accommodate changes or exchanges.

Refund Processing Time:

If your order qualifies for a refund (Cancel <24h before production), you should receive it within four weeks. In most cases, refunds are processed sooner. This time frame includes:

• Processing your cancellation request (3-5 business days)
  
• Bank processing time for the refund (5-10 business days)
  

How to Request a Cancellation or Change:

2. Go to the "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu.
   
3. Find your order and click the "Contact Us" or "Request Change" button.
   
4. You will receive an email notification once your request has been processed.

We’ll send you a preview of your portrait once it’s ready. You can request edits until you’re completely happy with the result.

If you’re not satisfied after receiving your item, we’ll gladly remake or replace it no hassle.
